Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 28, 2010, the Defendant, as the representative director of D, made payment of KRW 4 months from the date of construction permission, KRW 500,000 (additional tax rate), KRW 1st of the construction cost, KRW 500,000 (Additional tax rate), KRW 1st of the construction cost) at the time of completion of slabbabs for the branch: 2th of the construction cost: payment of KRW 00,00,000: KRW 3th of October 30, 2010, KRW 4th of November 30, 2010 (at the time of carrying out external materials): KRW 10,000,000,000: KRW 5th of December 20, 2010, KRW 30,000,000,000 after completion of the construction work.
1. Construction period: 4.5 months from the date of commencement of construction, construction amount: 50,000,000 won (additional tax rate: 1j) and the method of payment of construction cost: 30 days after the completion inspection; 2.0 days after the payment of KRW 5,00,000,000 from the day of completion of construction; and 30 days after the date of preparation; 30:0,000,000 won from the day of completion of construction; the date of preparation: November 1, 2010; and the date of entry into the name “E” after entering into the name “E” as of November 1, 2010;
By sealing E’s seal, a copy of construction work contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, was forged, and around March 31, 2012, the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court applied for provisional attachment to the civil petition office of the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, and issued the forged contract as if it was duly formed.
Accordingly, the defendant forged and held one copy of a construction work contract which is a private document.
2. On June 21, 2012, the Defendant, at the public service center of the Seoul Hyan Police Station around Seoul, and at the public service center of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station around May 24, 2012, the Defendant entered into a construction agreement with the Defendant on November 1, 2010.
