Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,00, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 200,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:50 on April 22, 2013, Defendant A assaulted the victim’s head on one hand on the ground that: (a) the Defendant her mother, her mother, and her mother, expressed a desire to shut down the victim’s house entrance in the stairs between the 1st floor and the 2nd floor; (b) on the ground that the victim’s her mother, her mother, and her franc with the victim’s head.

2. Defendant B, at the time, at the same time, and at the same place as that of paragraph (1), was flabed with the victim A, who was flabed with the victim A, and was flabed with the victim C, who continued to fighting with the victim C, and was flabed with the victim C, the victim C’s chest part was flabed one time.

3. Defendant C assaulted the victim’s head one time when and at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the victim A and the victim B were spabling and fighting one another.
