A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 526"

1. At around 01:15 on December 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender for the same reason as that of paragraph 1; (b) threatened the victim, who was arrested in a flagrant offender by the victim E (the age of 47) who was the police officer assigned to the said D police box, with the victim’s inquiry about his/her personal information, etc., the Defendant threatened him/her on the ground that “the victim was killed at home, killed at home, dead at home, dead, dead, dead, and dead, dead, dead, dead, and dead, dead, dead, and pene his/her family member.”

Around 00:50 on December 13, 2018, the Defendant tried to board a cab of the victim H in front of the Glae-gun of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, but, “Non-business is not carried on.” from the victim, the Defendant heard the horses, taken two times the victim’s face by drinking home, taken two times in the face of the victim, and went beyond the victim’s bridge to make a continuous 112 report, and went beyond the victim’s bridge to put the victim into 14-day medical treatment.
