Text
1. The sales contract concluded on October 25, 2005 between the defendant and Cho ○○ shall be revoked.
2. The defendant will implement the procedure for the cancellation registration of transfer of ownership, which was completed on November 25, 2005 by the ○○ District Court ○○○○ registry office ○○ with respect to the real estate stated in the separate sheet, and completed on November 25, 2005.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Reasons
We examine the grounds of appeal.
1. Indication of claim: A claim seeking the cancellation of the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground that the sales contract concluded on October 25, 2005 on October 25, 2005 with respect to the real estate in the attached Form between the defendant and Cho ○○ constitutes a fraudulent act and subsequent restitution of ownership transfer registration on the ground that it constitutes a fraudulent act.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
