Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for special robbery, violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) and special larceny. On February 17, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan detention center.

1. 2. The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time and place, destroyed the house of the instant singing shop, as described above, and obstructed the Defendant’s instant singing shop business by force, by forcing the employees G (G 23: hereinafter “G”) of the instant singing shop (hereinafter “G”) to put in the studio and drive away away from the studio. The Defendant (23: hereinafter “H”) who is the manager of the instant singing shop, controlled the Defendant of H (23: hereinafter “H”) who was the manager of the instant singing shop, entering the guest waiting room, and committing violence, etc. by placing H on the studs entering the instant singing shop, and by force, forcing them leave the singing customers entering the instant singing shop as they are, interfering with the Defendant’s instant singing shop business.
