The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

B A corporation is a Korean corporation with its head office in the United States, and is engaged in the business of receiving and accessing chemicals including toxic chemicals, and the defendant is the head of the above Korean branch office in B, who exercises overall control over the domestic affairs of the corporation.

1. Where any person who has violated the standards for the handling of hazardous chemicals handles hazardous chemicals, he/she shall devise preventive measures so that any safety accident may not occur in the course of handling the hazardous chemicals, install disaster prevention equipment and medicines capable of taking emergency measures if a chemical accident occurs, and where he/she loads or lands the hazardous chemicals into or out of another hazardous chemical handling facility, he/she shall comply with the standards for the handling of hazardous chemicals

Nevertheless, during the period from March 21, 2017 to February 22, 2018, the Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes, stored in the original warehouse of the company B located in the Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Gyeongwon-si, without being equipped with disaster prevention equipment and drugs that can take emergency measures when a chemical accident occurs, stored the hazardous chemical products in the storage, and without the participation of the hazardous chemical supervisor in the storage, stored the Corium93 and Corium95 products, which are hazardous chemical substances, and violated the standards for handling hazardous chemicals.

2. Any person who handles hazardous chemicals in violation of the wearing of personal protective outfits by a person handling hazardous chemicals shall wear personal protective outfits suitable for the relevant hazardous chemicals in cases where steam is likely to occur in liquid hazardous chemicals, or where he/she loads or loads hazardous chemicals;

Nevertheless, between March 21, 2017 and February 22, 2018, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of offenses, has employees belonging to the branch office of the Changwon, from the original warehouse of the B Co., Ltd. located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
