Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2013, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven a Category C car volume with approximately 10 meters of alcohol content 0.058% of the blood alcohol content in front of the road located in the same building at the Nam-gu Daegu Building.
