1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 38,747,353 and KRW 29,148,497 among them, per annum from February 25, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. (1) On August 29, 2017, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant at an interest rate of 27.9% per annum and overdue interest rate of 27.9% per annum.

(2) The Defendant did not pay the principal and interest of the loan, and on February 24, 2019, the principal and interest of the loan, including the principal and interest of KRW 29,148,497, is KRW 38,747,353.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the principal and interest of loan and delay damages to the plaintiff.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 38,747,353 of the principal and interest of KRW 29,148,49 of the principal and interest of KRW 29,148,497 at the rate of 27.9% per annum from February 25, 2019 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is justified.
