A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 1997, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court. On November 11, 1999, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 years for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court. On May 22, 2001, the defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 10 months for special larceny at night and in a branch court of the Busan District Court on July 7, 2005, sentenced to a sentenced sentence of 10 months for special larceny. On April 3, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 1 year and 6 months for larceny at the Busan District Court on January 29, 2008, and on December 29, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) at the Busan District Court on December 29, 2009.

On August 8, 2012, at around 06:14, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash of KRW 600,000,000 owned by the victim E, which had been located in the front of the carter, in order to calculate it in the “DPC bank” located in the G operation of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, by removing windows from the “H coffee store,” around 01:00, around August 17, 2012, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft with a cash storage safe of KRW 50,00,000,000, which was located in the said business; and (c) invaded into the said business; and (d) stolen the cash storage of the said car with the cash custody of KRW 50,00,000 owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.
