A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee in charge of duties, such as counseling on customer dividend rates, remittance of betting money, etc., with respect to “F” on the private sports soil site operated by the Defendant “E”.

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto;

Nevertheless, “E” establishes a private sports soil website “F” server from July 2014 to October 26, 2015, and establishes an operating office for G apartment 2D 2D 4-8 in the Republic of Vietnam Socialist Republic, from July 2014 to October 2015; from gambling members posted on the above site to H’s agricultural accounts (I) with an average of about 15 million won per day with H’s agricultural accounts (I); Defendant 1 received money from G’s gambling members who used to pay dividends in accordance with the dividend rate; Defendant 2, while working with three boxes in the above office name, provided counseling members with respect to the telephone dividend rate; Defendant 5 deposited money to the above account in consideration of the amount of money deposited in the above site; and Defendant 4,000 won, provided that 5,000 won was transferred to the above account.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the Seoul Olympic Games Korean Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business entity, provided property or property benefits to those who have correctly predicted the result of sports promotion voting rights or similar, even though they are not the entrusted business entity.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or take over any access medium unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act in using or managing such medium;
