A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. A quasi-Rape: (a) on December 31, 2014, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at “G” Gab in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F’s Gabro on a yearly basis; (b) upon drinking alcohol in the victim H (n, 31 years old); (c) was unable to hold the body by drinking alcohol; and (d) on the part of the victim H (n, 31 years old), the Defendant, along with I, was employed by the victimized person to the taxi at the K hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ around 08:17, she taken the victim’s corporate bank cream card inside the victim’s bank located in the victim’s bank.

In other words, the victim came to pay the guest room fee and to the above hotel 309.

The defendant 309 of the above hotel 309 was sitting the victim on the bed, but the victim was unable to sit, and returned the I to the bed on the bed, and then, the victim's chests and ear, which can be in the state of personnel influence, were put into the bed of the victim's sexual organ as soon as possible by drinking and water exemption.

Accordingly, the defendant used the victim's resistance impossibility condition to put his sexual organ into the victim's body.

2. On December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 13:14, at the hotel hotel hotel room as indicated in the above paragraph (1) 1; (b) dumped the victim’s market price of 5 million won by taking advantage of the dump crepit; (c) 1; (d) 1; (d) 800,000 won in market price; and (e) 1; and (e) 1; and (e) 1; and (e) 2.

On December 31, 2014, around 13:42, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business: (a) presented the e-mail card of H that stolen in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, to the victim’s name influence, who is a legitimate licensee, as the Defendant was a legitimate licensee; (b) paid KRW 5,300; (c) presented the 4,800 taxi fee to the victim’s name influence in the same manner as before the above hotel at around 14:56; and (d) presented the e-mail card to the victim’s name in the same way from the subway 2 line M convenience store located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, at around 15:4.
