On April 4, 2017, the Defendant driven Cbeer or a car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.055% alcohol concentration at a section of about 3 km from the front side of the Busan Dong Agricultural Parking Lot located in the Busan dong-si, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front side of the same city B.
