A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Chinese nationality and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On December 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) due to the importation of Meptampia (hereinafter referred to as 'copon') (hereinafter referred to as 'copon') and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) committed a telephone conversation with a person who is unable to know his/her name residing in Mecopian (hereinafter referred to as 'D'; hereinafter referred to as 'D') and was sentenced to the judgment of conviction on June 8, 2015 after having received and sold the Mecopon from China and having sent the Mecopon to 'D', and was sentenced to the judgment of conviction on June 8, 2015.

Around that time, I received ‘D' directly from ‘D', and possessed it in Korea, and delivered the penphone to the person designated by ‘D'.

E around 12:00 on December 22, 2014, around 12:00, in accordance with the above public offering prior to the departure site of the International Airport in the China of China, concealed approximately 110 ghon from “D” in the travel destination. 2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. due to the provision, medication, etc. of phiphones.

A. On December 29, 2014, at the guest room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, around 09:30, the Defendant: (a) laid approximately 1g of the penphones imported as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) to H free; (b) laid off the above 1g of the penphones on the Aluminco book with H with H and administered the phiphones in collusion with H by spreading the smoke generated by heating it on the Aluminco book with H.
