1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,00 among KRW 60,916,811 and the said money, from March 14, 2017 to the day of full payment.

On June 10, 2015, the Plaintiff agreed to add 50,000,000 to C on June 10, 2015 under the joint and several surety of the Defendant and B, 7% per annum on June 10, 2016; 6% per annum on June 10, 2016; 8% per annum on a case between 30 and 90 days in arrears; and 10% per annum on a case between 90 and 90 days in arrears.

On the other hand, the defendant has not paid the above loans up to now.

Accordingly, from June 10, 2015 to March 13, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 10,916,811, calculated based on the agreed interest rate, and at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is within the scope of the agreed interest rate, from the next day to the day of full payment.
