1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 371,160,746 as well as KRW 100,000 among them, from January 1, 202 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant.”
