The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal;

A. Although there was a dispute in the process of finding the defendant's obstruction of business in the victim's place and demanding the victim to flow water into the victim's house, there was no intentional interference with the victim's business.

B. Although it was true that the Defendant cited friendly acid at the time of the instant case, there is no fact that the Defendant committed violence against the victim due to friendly acid.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below regarding the grounds for appeal: ① The defendant and the defendant’s husband B consistently make a statement about the victim’s specific damage caused to the defendant’s house because the victim D did not properly manage the clothes received from the victim’s operation room; ② the defendant and the defendant demanded the victim to get the water from the victim because two customers were in the victim’s room at the time of the instant case, despite the fact that two customers were in the victim’s room at the time of the instant case, they expressed the victim’s desire to get water, ③ the defendant was in the victim’s room within about twenty minutes, ③ the victim was in possession of milk, ④ the victim was in possession of the defendant from the investigation stage to the court of the court below, ⑤ the witness’s statement and the victim’s statement are consistent with the witness F’s testimony, and thus, the defendant’s assertion that the victim’s credibility and statement were not interfered with the defendant’s business.

3. We examine ex officio the sentencing of the Defendant ex officio with respect to sentencing.

The defendant is shouldered by the main body of the victim.
