1. The Defendant’s disposition of suspending business against the Plaintiff on October 25, 2018 is revoked.

Details of the disposition

The plaintiff works for the Korea Highway Corporation from March 12, 1984 to December 10, 2010.

The former Construction Technology Promotion Act, which is a construction engineer with the same qualification as a construction engineer, is defined as “construction engineer,” around August 14, 2018, which was amended by Act No. 15719 on August 14, 2018, and changed the term “construction engineer” into “construction engineer,” as it was amended by Act No. 15719 on December 12, 1995.

A. On September 2017, the Office for Government Policy Coordination conducted a control over whether a construction engineer retired from a public institution or an administrative agency was false or not, and as a result, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, after the Plaintiff retired from the Korea Highway, requested the Korea Highway Corporation to verify whether the construction engineer was falsely reported.

On February 23, 2018, the Korea Highway Corporation confirmed that the six types of experience in the project are different from the fact as indicated in the following table, and requested B Association to delete it, and the B Association deleted the above experience and requested the Defendant to take administrative dispositions in accordance with the relevant statutes.
