A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:00 on December 15, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) lent money to the victim Eart operated by the victim D in Jeju Island; (b) on the ground that the victim did not lend money to the victim; (c) the Defendant took a bath in the large voice; and (d) the life for sale on the seat of the Kabter was laid on the floor of the Kabter for about 2 hours, such as taking the disturbance, the disturbance, the height, and the math, etc. from outside the floor, thereby obstructing the victim’s horse business by force.

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim by using dangerous things.
