1. The defendant
A. The housing of 141.585 square meters per floor of the housing of 2nd floor of the Cheongju-si Cmentmenastro mentmenbromo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: On June 21, 2014, the Plaintiff leased a lease deposit of KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 2,50,000 (payment on June 6), and the lease period of two years from July 6, 2014 to the Defendant.
From November 6, 2014, the defendant has been in arrears with the rent from November 6, 2014.
On July 5, 2015, the deposit is currently appropriated for the monthly rent in arrears.
In addition, the electricity fee of KRW 106,140 was delinquent.
The plaintiff terminated the above lease contract by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
Therefore, the Plaintiff handed over the above 103m2 to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff claimed KRW 169,140,000 for the foregoing electricity charges, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the amount of KRW 19,00,000 for the electricity recovery cost, and KRW 25,00 for the water rate delinquent, and the remainder is dismissed.
In addition, from July 6, 2015 to July 6, 2015, the amount equivalent to the overdue charge calculated at the rate of 250,000 won per month shall be claimed from July 6, 2015.
