Plaintiff A and E were students in the first year of D High Schools (hereinafter referred to as “instant schools”) located in Busan F in around 2018, and Plaintiff A were students in the second half of the year of Plaintiff A, E were enrolled in the first and second half of the year, and both were living in the dormitories of the instant schools, and E was a dormitory autonomous member.

On April 6, 2018, the conflict between A and E occurred in the dormitory G of the instant school. At the time, the relevant student was retired from the dormitory for one week by the reduction of the dormitory. The question was that E, an autonomous member, was an informant.
