Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch Branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 8, 2019.
