1. The Defendant is based on the ratio of KRW 8,360,000 to 20% per annum from May 24, 2013 to full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 4, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract, such as the indication of the insurance contract in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant.
B. The Defendant was hospitalized in the 185 net Korean Hospital for 185 days as follows, “insulin gylle-Bulcinary urology, and urologyal urology, accompanied by a merger certificate of nosule.”
From May 6, 2011 to June 7, 2011 (33 days), June 14 to July 16, 2011 (33 days) to July 28, 2011 to August 26, 2011 (30 days) from September 22, 2011 to October 21, 2012 to February 18, 2012 (30 days) (29 days)
C. The terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract pertaining to the instant case are as follows.

(Compensation for Damages) A company shall, after the date of commencement of the responsibility set forth in 8. of the insurance period, be diagnosed as seven major diseases or female specific diseases, and shall be hospitalized for the direct purpose of the treatment of such seven major diseases or female specific diseases (where the company recognizes it even if it is hospitalized by moving to a hospital or clinic, etc., it shall be continuously hospitalized and where the company recognizes it), and shall be compensated for in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract when the company undergoes medical treatment or surgery.
6. (Definition and Place of Hospitalization and Operation) The term "hospitalize" in this insurance refers to the hospitalization for the purpose of treating a seven-dimensional disease or a woman-specific disease which has been diagnosed as a seven-dimensional disease or a woman-specific disease by a doctor, and when the treatment of a seven-dimensional disease or a woman-specific disease is accompanied by a complication for the purpose of treating a seven-dimensional disease or a woman-specific disease, or by a newly discovered disease, the hospitalization for the purpose of treating a seven-dimensional disease or a woman-specific disease according to a doctor's opinion.
