1. With respect to the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch C, D (combined), E, F, G (Dual) auction of real estate, the above court.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (i) On May 6, 2003, H acquired the ownership of 1708 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) from Yandong-gu, Ansan-gu, Busan-si on May 6, 2003, and on June 11, 2003, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter “CF”) completed the registration of creation of a mortgage consisting of 2.145 million won with the maximum debt amount, and on June 5, 2006, H completed the registration of creation of a mortgage consisting of 335 million won on the instant land on Busan-si (the trade name at the time was “TF”), but the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 7, 2008 between H and Busan-si on the basis of the content of the protocol of settlement on October 25, 2007.

C. (i) As to the registration relation of the instant building, the registration of ownership preservation by commission was completed on December 19, 2008 with respect to the instant building, on the basis of the decision of provisional injunction filed by the NAF on December 19, 2008 on the title holder.
