Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a driver of the driver’s vehicle in Category B. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.232% of alcohol level around 14:50 on September 22, 2013, and driving the two-lane road in the direction of 641 in Enyangyang-si, Hoyang-si, Hoyang-si, Hoyang-si, one lane in the direction of mast in the direction of math in the direction of math in the direction of math.
