Punishment of the crime

[2014 high-level 16] The Defendant is the representative of the 6th floor D of the Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City C building, who employs six full-time workers and operates the maintenance and repair business of telecommunications facilities.

The Defendant did not pay wages of KRW 6,33,30 of workers M who worked from around December 13, 2012 to April 16, 2013, and KRW 2,553,598 of N from January 14, 2013 to March 15, 2013, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for the payment occurred without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

The Defendant did not pay KRW 2,083,870, and KRW 3,650,00 of P’s wages, which he/she worked from May 24, 2012 to May 3, 2013, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for the payment occurred, without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment term between the parties.
