A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 11, 2015, and a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 24, 2017.

The written indictment seems to have been omitted by mistake.

1. On October 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless driving) driving a 4 km B bit car at around the front of construction materials every day at a 2362-day in front of a mutually influence 0.172% under the influence of alcohol during blood at around 05:10 on October 19, 2017.

2. On the same date as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary measures after accidents), while driving a vehicle driving in the direction of the Daegu Suwon-si C in the four-lane radius from the same ethic road of the same ethic road to the four-distance side of the Daegu Bank of Daegu-si, without taking necessary measures such as immediately suspending repair costs of KRW 3,700,000 on the front part of the said vehicle and immediately suspending the vehicle and then leaving the site without checking damage damage.
