1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 68,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 3, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

The judgment deeming confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) was rendered by the Defendant on November 11, 2016, but the Defendant did not submit a specific written reply to the purport that the Plaintiff’s claim is disputing the payment order, and did not appear on both the first and second date for pleading.
