1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. A. Around 1915, the network K (hereinafter “the network”) was registered as the owner on the land cadastre, based on the circumstances of the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 and the 1,828 square meters in Gwangju Northern-gu L Cemetery (divided on July 13, 1998 and the area decreased to 1,571 square meters).

B. The Deceased died on October 5, 1955.

(However, the death report was made on May 19, 199). The deceased M (the deceased on October 16, 1987) is the deceased's sole heir as the deceased's grandchildren. The deceased's children are the deceased N (the deceased on January 28, 2006), the plaintiff A, B, C, and D, and the plaintiff E is the deceased's spouse, the plaintiff F, G, H, and I are the deceased's children.

C. On August 27, 1997, the deceased et al., who was the spouse of the defendant filed a lawsuit against the deceased et al., Gwangju District Court 97Gahap10989, and on May 22, 1998, the above court rendered a judgment on May 22, 1998 that "the deceased will implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for the completion of the acquisition by prescription on July 10, 1985 with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list No. 1 and the funeral portion 1,571 square meters in Gwangju Northern-gu, the judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

According to the above judgment, on October 28, 1998, the deceasedO completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1 and the L Cemetery 1,571 square meters in Gwangju Northern-gu.

The deceased OO died on January 16, 2010, and the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 19, 2010 due to inheritance by consultation and division on January 16, 201.

E. On September 7, 2001, the area of land of 1,571 square meters in Gwangju Northern-gu L Cemetery was divided into real estate listed in the attached list 2 through 4, and on September 29, 2003, the category of real estate listed in the attached list 2 was changed from the cemetery to the site.
