Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “The victim must do so,” while the victim B was heard, on the ground that, within the five-line subway lines, the Defendant was driving in the direction of Macheon Station in the Olympic Park Station around 11:00, the victim B made a request for harming the Defendant’s early call.
