A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2014, the Defendant asked C to get a loan, which he became aware of through the non-fluence of the date on November 2014, and asked C to obtain a loan by using a false certificate of employment, etc.

In addition, the defendant proposed that he will accept it, and the fact that the defendant did not work in Citk Co., Ltd., Ltd., 64-7, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 90-ro 64-7, by using a false certificate of employment as if he had worked in the above company, he conspired to receive the loan through loan and to distribute the loan by acquiring the loan through loan and vehicle installments.

1. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant conspired with the above Defendant to commit the crime against the victim Han Bank, and the Defendant: (a) drafted a lease agreement to rent KRW 110,000,000 for the lessorF and his/her woman G loan 101,000,000,000 at the E Real Estate Authorized Brokerage Office (E Real Estate Office), which was located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) around April 7, 2015, at the point of Han Bank error of the Victim Bank, the above Defendant filed a false certificate of employment, payment statement, etc. stating that he/she was receiving benefits while working for the said Samsung Co., Ltd.; and (c) the Defendant filed an application for a lease loan with the name of his/her employee, by submitting the said documents and the said lease agreement with the employee under the name of his/her name.

However, the defendant did not have been paid benefits because he did not work in the above C&S, and all of the above C&S certificates and salaries were falsely prepared, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the benefits due to the absence of other assets at the time.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above C, deceiving the victim as above, and making loans from the victim on April 10, 2015.
