At around 00:30 on July 29, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 1m as B-learning car while under the influence of alcohol for about 0.124% in a lucon parking lot located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol for about 0.124%.
