Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a two-wheeled vehicle BTS300, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On July 29, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver's license on July 17, 2017:08, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the three-lane road near the 145 course course in Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-ro, according to the right side edges from the distance of transfer.
