Reasons
1. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim
A. On November 11, 2011, Jang Inc. (hereinafter “vietnam Jang”) was awarded a contract to install bathing rooms and other installation works (hereinafter “subcontract”) from a local corporation (POSCO E&C limited liability company) established by Macco Construction in Vietnam. On March 15, 2013, N.N.O entered into a contract with a local company in Vietnam to supply bathing rooms and other installation works (hereinafter “instant subcontracted works”) for the first stage of the construction works in the Scurido New City (POSCO E&C limited liability company).
Shevietna Jang Inc is a local corporation established by the Defendant Company in Vietnam for the execution of the subcontracted project in this case. The Defendant Company dispatched affiliated employees A, etc. to participate in the work of the VIetnam Jang Inc, and on October 2012, A dispatched B, etc. to his successor after his withdrawal.
