On May 7, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.108% with blood alcohol concentration of 0.108% on May 7, 2014, and the Defendant was driving B motor vehicles at approximately 1.5 kilometers in front of the Busan Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City, from the Busan Metropolitan City, to the front of the Busan Metropolitan City.
