A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft around May 2018, the Defendant: (a) was stolen in D managed by the Victim C in Gu-U.S. on May 2018, 2018 by the victim C; (b) had one E in the market price of KRW 758,000, which was displayed at that place, and had one E in the Carart as if the following accounts were completed: (c) had a method of avoiding the employee’s surveillance.

2. Around August 18, 2018, around August 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed a thief in the said D, which was displayed there, in advance, in a bank that prepared a 278,000 won of the market price; and (b) stolen the thief.

3. On October 6, 2018, around October 14:29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stored one G (1,090,000, the market price of which was displayed at the same location in a camera; and (b) stored “calculated” in a drinking water attached to which the calculation has been completed in advance; (c) removed the Stick and posted it in the said cleaning machine; and (d) stolen it by means of avoiding the employee’s surveillance, as if it had been completed.

4. Larceny and assault around October 20, 2018;

A. A thief: (a) around October 20, 2018, around 14:10, the Defendant: (a) placed a toy (H) of an amount equivalent to KRW 13,000 at the market price, and a water reduction of an amount equivalent to KRW 6,300 at the market price, which was displayed at that place, in a bank prepared in advance; (b) concealed and stolen it.

B. At around 15:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) during the commission of a crime by theft of objects and was arrested as a flagrant offender; (b) during the process of checking the facts by moving the objects to a security room along with security guards, the Defendant escaped to a parking room by taking advantage of the gaps in the surveillance of the employees, but (c) the victim J, who was the security personnel, followed the Defendant, was kneeeeee and assaulted one-time of the victim’s back-to-face part of the victim.
