[Status of the Defendants] Defendant A, the president of the AB Medical Foundation AB Medical Foundation AC hospital in Suwon-si, is a person who established AC hospital in Suwon-si through the above AB Medical Foundation, which was established by investing with the above AD, and is in the position of the standing director of the above AB Medical Foundation, while holding office in the position of the standing director of the above hospital, and has a substantial authority to select and purchase drugs prescribed by the above hospital.

C As the head of the AH hospital located in Young-gu AH from November 17, 2014, C is a person who was employed in the management director position of the said hospital from around November 17, 2014 to the present date and was in the practical authority to select and purchase medicines prescribed by the said hospital. From July 2010 to July 2010, as the representative director of the AL corporation (hereinafter “AL”) who was employed as a drug wholesaler located in Young-gu AJ and in the AH hospital (hereinafter “AL”), and is engaged in the wholesale and retail business of medicines supplied to a pharmacy located near the said AH hospital.

D as the head of the administrative office of the NN hospital located in the GM of the Shi-si, the government office has overall control over administrative affairs such as personnel, purchase, and fund management of the above hospital.

(hereinafter “AP”) from January 201 to December 2013, 201, and from January 2016 to December 301, Defendant F supplied drugs to AP pharmacy located in the above NO hospital and its neighboring areas, and Defendant F was in charge of business for AP’s business as the representative director of AP for the general interest of the above AO.
