All of the plaintiffs' claims that have been changed in exchange in this court are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff A is the owner of the building and the building on the ground of the land located at the above H, since all the land referred to as the land referred to as the land of the 608 square meters in Changwon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter referred to as the “sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-

2. The parties' assertion
A. The Plaintiffs, among the Defendants’ land in this case, used 60 square meters inside a ship which connects each point of Annex 2 Map 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 as the passage of the Plaintiffs and the Plaintiffs’ vehicles. The Defendants were no longer able to use it as a passage any longer because they interfered with their passage.
Accordingly, the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs' vehicles did not use L roads (hereinafter "the roads of this case") and the dispute land of this case adjacent to them as a passage, they could not access the plaintiffs' real estate of this case or required excessive cost of their access.
Therefore, the Plaintiffs seek against the Defendants the confirmation of the right to passage over surrounding land, the removal of walls and other facilities, and the prohibition of interference with the passage of the surrounding land.
B. The Defendants are allowed to enter the instant Plaintiffs’ real estate on the Do newsletter using the instant road, and the passage of the Plaintiffs is necessarily necessary for the use of the Plaintiffs’ real estate inasmuch as they have a common parking lot in the village near the instant real estate.
