Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and two months for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on May 21, 2016, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2016.

1. Fraud against victims;
