Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 15, 2016, from around 11:30 on the same day to around 12:20 the same day, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (50 aged) working in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the victim D (50) e to refund the insurance premium for the automobile insurance terminated before about 20 years from the contract’s office; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “the act of fraud, the act of fraud, the act of noise,” and repeated on the floor not on the floor, or on lying, repeated 50 minutes of the 13:40 on the same day; and (c) found the above 13:40 on the same day, and obstructed the victim’s business by taking advantage of force by taking advantage of the victim’s failure to take the 40 minutes of the said method.

2. The Defendant, in the above temporary location, refused to comply with the demand of the victim to leave until the police officer arrives at the site by filing a report with the victim, even though he/she received several demands to request the above victim D to leave the office due to interference with his/her business affairs.
