Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On January 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and the said Fin decision became final and conclusive on April 26, 2018.

[Criminal facts] On July 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) served as a customer at “C”, a portable telephone sales agent in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the first floor; and (b) served as a customer.

In the form of a new contract for the service of acquiring personal telephone and sales allowances by opening D's driver's license while keeping the D's license copies, and making an official column such as "D", "E" and "the telephone number available for contact" into "F" column in the paper of the new contract form for the service of obtaining mobile phone and sales allowances by viewing the D's mobile phone, and writing one copy of the new contract for the service of D's name by entering the "D" in "C", "C" and "C" in "C" column, and signing the contract form for the collection, use, and handling of personal information, location information, and credit information, and one copy of the new contract form for the service of D's name by signing the contract form for the service of receiving marketing information, and signing the agreement form for each item as D's "consumer's application form."

On the same day, the Defendant continued to prepare each public column, such as entering “D”, “F”, and “E” column in the “name” column of customer information purchased on the end-of-end trading and installment payment contract form as the end-of-end trading and installment payment contract form, and made up one copy of the terminal sale and installment payment contract after entering “D” in each applicant’s column, and signing one copy of the terminal sale and installment payment contract.

Since then, the defendant received the new service contract in the name of D as above, personal information, location information, and credit information collection, use, provision and handling of such information, and marketing information.
