1. The Defendant’s KRW 363,993,04 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from April 23, 2016 to June 8, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Korea Airports Corporation contracted each of the above works for the construction of boarding bridge for Cheongju Airport and the construction of boarding bridge for Yangyang Airport (hereinafter “Dong”) to the dong Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dong Tech”), and the construction of each of the above boarding bridge was subcontracted to the Plaintiff both the construction of each of the above boarding bridge and the construction of the above works.

On June 19, 2015, the contract price (won and value-added tax Map) of the delivery date of the Cheongju Airport on June 19, 2015, 398,565,520 (Advance 56.9%) on September 30, 2015, 19 June 19, 2015, 2015, 41,859,980 (Advance 57.8%) on October 31, 2015 (Advance 57.8%) on October 31, 2015, 26, 261,060 (Advance 56.9%) on the boarding of the Cheongju Airport on August 31, 2015, 2015, 15, 206, 56.9% on the boarding of the Cheongju Airport on August 31, 2015, 2075

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sub-subcontract on the above boarding bridge production and installation works (hereinafter “each of the instant construction contracts”) according to the sequences as follows. (c) The Plaintiff paid 891,468,050 won as the contract amount and value-added tax pursuant to the instant construction contracts and 891,468,050 won as the contract amount and value-added tax pursuant to each of the instant construction contracts (i.e., KRW 398,565,520) x 110% (value-added tax) x 378,857,259 won including advance payments pursuant to the instant construction contracts, and value-added tax on them 37,885,725, total 416,742,984 won, and each of the instant construction contracts was paid to the Defendant. However, the Plaintiff did not manufacture the Big Data to the Defendant by the date of delivery of each of the instant construction contracts, and the Plaintiff did not manufacture it between the Defendant and the Defendant 16.
