A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 10 million to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (I) in the name of the Defendant’s former wife and consumed it for personal purposes, such as living expenses, at the above remodeling site office located in Ansan-si G around August 20, 2012.
2. On October 31, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 2,487,50,00 from among the construction cost deposited in a deposit account in the said victim’s name to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (K) in the name of the J that was registered as the victim’s employee, and consumed them for personal purposes, such as living expenses.
3. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant used three million won for personal purposes, such as living expenses, after transferring the construction price deposited in a deposit account in the said victim’s name to the deposit account in the said J’s name.
4. On August 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) deposited one million won out of the construction price deposited in the agricultural bank account (M) in the name of the Defendant in the deposit account in the name of the said victim for the convenience of cash withdrawal; and (b) paid 7.5 million won for waste disposal expenses; and (c) consumed the remainder of 2.50 thousand won for personal purposes, such as living expenses, etc. from that time until December 4, 2012; and (d) paid 2,240,000 won for waste disposal expenses, by withdrawing 3,6240,000 won in cash from that time until December 4, 2012.
