1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 210,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 28, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The following facts are recognized in full view of the contents of evidence Nos. 1 to 10 and the purport of the whole pleadings.

A. On December 21, 2007, the Plaintiff left D the office of director of the Plaintiff’s E-office.

D jointly used F and F offices engaged in the export business of heavy equipment, waste transformers, etc., and the Defendant, an employee of F and F, was the Plaintiff’s employee of E offices by stealing the passbook and seal impressions in the Plaintiff’s name, and concluded a contract with F and F companies for supply of each waste transformer system, company G, H, and company for supply of the Plaintiff’s E offices.

B. The Defendant received total amount of KRW 3,323,466,70 from the flag fence system, etc. (= KRW 900,000,000,000, G 124,600,000 G 1250,000,000 KRW H250,000,000,000 KRW 120,000,000,000,000 for supply, and acquired the remainder of KRW 800,00,000,000 for L/I corporation, 00,000,000 for L/I, 00,000,000 for L/I.

(Defendant returned KRW 800,000,000 to Sylla Co., Ltd. on September 11, 2008.

In order to compensate for the above damages caused by the Defendant on March 2, 2009, the Plaintiff prepared each of the following documents (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”) with the Committee on Emergency Recovery of Claims of A Organizations, represented by the representative director of G, in order to compensate for the damages caused by the Defendant.

I undertake to undertake that the following sub-project will be responsible for A's claims emergency response committee, among the projects conducted upon the Plaintiff's approval of the project:

Provided, That only those persons designated separately by the Contingency Committee shall succeed to the authority to perform the responsibilities.

The time when the responsibility is performed shall be 209.
