Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2015, at around 00:04, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Jinannam-gun, the Defendant at around 00:04, on the ground that the Victim C filed a complaint with the Jinan-gun Office of Employment and Labor to receive wages that had not been paid at the time of his/her service in his/her company, and called “the victim’s cell phone phone calls from the victim’s cell phone,” and “a complaint is filed by intimidation,” “a complaint is filed by intimidation,” “a complaint is filed with the victim’s age drink,” and Mara, “a complaint is filed by intimidation,” and “a complaint is filed by intimidation.”

피해자가 대답 없이 전화를 끊자 같은날 00:09경 다시 전화를 걸어 "어 왜 말을 안 해, 하고 싶은 애기 해, 야 이 자석아 나이 쳐 먹어 가지고, 너 씨발놈 함안 안 올 거가 ", "너 이새끼야 너 죽여 뿌는게 내 인생 목표다, 아나 ", "너 임마 얼마전에 경남은행 옆에서 니 봤어, 내 아침에, 가서 때리 뿌아뿔라 하다가 내 봐줬어, 개자석이 나이 쳐 먹어가지고 말이야", "나이 먹어가지고 처자식 당신 자식들이 뭘 하고 있는지 모르겠지만은, 내 당신 자식들 뭐하는고 내가 좀 조사 한번 해보고 싶다 아이고 아이고 참", "어이 C이 내 D 당신 사모한테 전화 할까 지금 전화해서 내 할 애기 좀 할까 당신이 이런 사람이라고" 라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
