A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2009, the Defendant purchased an insurance policy for interesting life, which is the victim, for the purpose of receiving insurance money after long-term hospitalization, and purchased insurance policy for 13 types of injury or disease coverage for the victim from the time to June 26, 2010.

Before entering into the victim KRB life insurance, future clock insurance, green damage insurance, LIG life insurance, Samsung Fire, Chinese currency damage insurance, interesting life insurance, and Dong unit fire and insurance contract, the Defendant responded to “no” all questions regarding “under diagnosis and examination conducted by a doctor within the latest five years, and received treatment such as hospitalization, surgery (including the sking (including the sking) for at least seven consecutive days, or for at least 30 days,” and was hospitalized for at least 18 days from May 23, 2008 to June 9, 2008. However, the Defendant was diagnosed by the above hospital for at least 7 days from October 1, 2008 to October 7, 2008.

In addition, even though it is not necessary to provide long-term hospitalization for 33 days due to a detailed cerebrovascular disease, the Defendant received insurance money of KRW 223,002,644, total sum from the victim insurance company by the same method from October 26, 2010 to November 27, 2010, claiming insurance money on the ground of the above hospitalization in the victim's interest country life on October 26, 2010, as well as receiving insurance money of KRW 2,401,019 from the victim's interest country life to December 28, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
