피고인은 2019. 9. 28. 19:10경 수원시 팔달구 B 앞에서 ‘가족들끼리 싸운다’라는 112신고를 받고 출동한 수원중부경찰서 C지구대 소속 경장 D에게 ‘왜 쳐다보냐, 병신 새끼야’라고 욕설을 하며 양 손으로 위 경찰관의 몸을 밀치고 이에 위 경찰관이 피고인을 공무집행방해죄의 현행범으로 체포하려 하자 발로 위 경찰관의 눈 부위를 걷어 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
