1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 4,007,70 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 5% per annum from April 21, 2017 to May 29, 2019; and (b) May 30, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling automobile parts. On February 13, 2017, the Plaintiff was employed as a production worker in the Defendant company.
B. After joining the Defendant Company, the Plaintiff, as a member of the brewing production team at the factory of the Defendant Company located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, (hereinafter “the instant work site”), was in charge of the work of removing scrap (referring to the string machine, scrap machine, scrap metal, etc. emitted from the steel manufacturing process; hereinafter “scrap”) attached to steel products produced by the presses during the brewing process, as a member of the Jeju-gun, Ulsan-gun, a company located in the Defendant Company (hereinafter “the instant work site”).
