Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 65) met or came to know at the welfare center, and the defendant was unable to enter the victim's house through the main gate located in Busan Metropolitan Government C around September 18, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
