1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs died around September 19, 197, and the defendants are the successors of the J's respective properties, who died on or around June 9, 2009, and I refer to K (K had K, under Sk, J, J, South I, 3 South L, 4 South M, 5 South N, 5 South n, and n).

B. The following registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to the 3,826§³ in the Gyeonggi-do Plecheon-gun, Qingle 2,597§³, Ringle 2,503§³ (hereinafter “instant S Real Estate”).

1) On April 11, 1985, J (1/2) and I (1/2) transfer registration for ownership due to sale as of March 27, 1985, 200. On April 28, 200, Plaintiff A (3/14 shares), B (2/14 shares), and C (2/14 shares), I’s transfer registration for ownership transfer for all of the above shares (1/2 shares) of the plaintiffs (1/2 shares) as of July 29, 200 before J on July 29, 200, for sale as of June 5, 200, as of July 200, 200, the transfer registration for ownership transfer for the plaintiffs’ above shares (1/2 shares) was made on July 10, 209 (4) on July 29, 200.

C. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed as follows with respect to H 4,409 square meters (hereinafter “instant H real estate”) in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, H, and H real estate, and in the case of a common name, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed as follows.

1) On January 5, 198, J (1/2) and I (1/2) (2) the transfer registration of ownership arising from sale as of December 30, 1987 between the Plaintiff A (3/14 equity), B (2/14 equity) and C (2/14 equity) on March 7, 2000, the transfer registration of ownership of the entire shares of I (1/2 equity) on September 17, 2009, on September 17, 2009, for inheritance as of September 17, 2009, for the transfer registration of ownership by inheritance as of September 6, 2009.

D. 1 Meanwhile, on September 8, 2009, K concludes a so-called contract title trust agreement with K, which is put by J alone or together with other siblings, and accordingly, K purchases in its own name or together with other siblings.
