Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.097% among blood, driven B-learning cars from the underground parking lot of “1 Park 2-day telecom” located in the 58-ro (No. 191) in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, to the front of the 500-meter road for 155 (No. 155 (No. 155) as the ridge.
